Description
The AI Engineer will develop, deploy, and continuously improve AI solutions for internal teams and external customers in the construction and real estate industry. The role covers the full application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, operation, documentation, knowledge transfer, and scaling. Responsibilities include building RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, and MCP connections; developing cloud and on-premise front-end and back-end components; collaborating with stakeholders; and evaluating new models, frameworks, and technologies. The position requires a degree in a relevant technical field, professional software engineering experience, practical AI engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a high English level.
