Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day operation of a retail store, coaches and motivates employees, maintains store presentation, advises customers, contributes to sales and service objectives, and takes the lead when the Store Manager is absent. The role requires relevant retail or commercial leadership experience, strong coaching and customer-focused skills, fluent Dutch, and a results-oriented approach. It is a full-time permanent position of 36 hours per week with an immediate start, meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, staff discounts, training, and career advancement opportunities.
