Description
The Experienced Associate, Valuation & Capital Markets Analytics (VCMA) supports commercial real estate valuation, consulting, and business advisory services for developers, REITs, investors, financial institutions, hospitality companies, lenders, and Fortune 500 companies. The role performs research and due diligence, mass-appraisal data analysis, valuation modeling, client deliverable preparation, legal-document abstraction, database loading, cross-referencing, narrative reporting, and client meetings. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, at least one year of valuation, corporate finance, or accounting experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong analytical and organizational skills; a master’s degree and real estate appraisal certification are preferred. The national and Maryland salary range is $75,000–$85,000.
