West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Boston, Massachusetts, to lead residential bathroom remodeling projects from demolition through installation and closeout. The role includes removing existing tubs and showers, updating plumbing, installing tubs, shower pans, wall surrounds, and accessories, maintaining quality and safety standards, communicating with customers, and completing paperwork. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM, $23–$28 per hour, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, overtime and double-time pay, full benefits, retirement and HSA matching, paid holidays and PTO, and paid training.
