Clinica Family Health & Wellness is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive acute and chronic patient care in an ambulatory family-healthcare setting. The role includes off-hours medical services, referrals, documentation, EMR use, patient and staff support, and collaboration with physicians and community partners. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program, be licensed in Colorado, be eligible for DEA licensure, and have at least one to two years of family-practice Nurse Practitioner experience.
