Ardurra is hiring an Experienced CAD Designer for its Lehigh Valley office in Allentown. The role develops land-development, erosion and sediment control, and post-construction stormwater plans from conceptual design through construction documents, using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include grading, utilities, earthwork analysis, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, design conflict resolution, field inspections, CAD coordination, project scheduling, quality control, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, knowledge of stormwater and erosion controls, and 8+ years of relevant experience preferred, although candidates with less experience may be considered.
