Description
Micron Technology is hiring a CMP Process Engineer to own chemical mechanical polishing processes across development and high-volume manufacturing. The role focuses on process development, startup, optimization, troubleshooting, yield and cost improvement, risk management, qualification of process baselines and materials, and evaluation of equipment, materials, and supplier performance. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in a relevant field and at least 10 years of CMP industry experience, including dielectric and metal CMP, slurry-pad interactions, CMP tools, and endpoint systems.
