SOCOTEC is hiring a Senior Construction Business Affairs Engineer (H/F) to report to the Director of the Paris (75) agency. The role owns inspection and control assignments covering technical, risk prevention, regulatory, financial, and commercial aspects of construction projects, including project design support, documentation review, site verification, technical reporting, compliance monitoring, client follow-up, and business development. Candidates need an engineering degree and imperative experience in civil engineering, building, and construction, with strong organization, autonomy, teamwork, and client relationship skills. The position offers an annual gross fixed salary of €40,000 to €60,000 plus a commercial-development bonus capped at two months’ salary.
