Description
The Site Manager will report to the Project Manager and take overall responsibility for the operational success of construction sites from A to Z. The role manages site execution, logistics, access, cleanliness, and workflow; coordinates in-house teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client; monitors schedules, budgets, productivity, materials, and equipment; and enforces safety, quality, and environmental standards. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction or Industrial Engineering, at least five years of similar experience in a general construction company, and strong team leadership, negotiation, and collaborative skills.
