Soliterm GmbH is hiring an industrial plant engineer to develop, thermodynamically design, and optimize industrial steam, refrigeration, and heating systems, particularly solar thermal process heat. The role includes technical concept development, performance calculations, customer and supplier coordination, project support from concept through commissioning, technical decision-making, and documentation. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of thermal plant engineering and standards, strong German and English communication skills, and willingness to travel for project assignments.
