Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring an RRAM Reliability Engineer to support the development, qualification, and production deployment of embedded Resistive RAM technologies. The role covers reliability qualification plans, endurance, retention, read/write disturb, HTOL, TDDB, and other stress tests; lifetime prediction and reliability modeling; failure analysis and root-cause investigations; screening and monitoring; and collaboration with device, process, integration, manufacturing, and customer teams. Candidates need a master's or PhD in a relevant discipline, at least five years of semiconductor nonvolatile memory reliability experience, RRAM and embedded NVM expertise, knowledge of automotive qualification standards, and programming skills in Python, VBA, or advanced statistical tools. The position is open-ended, to be filled as soon as possible, and offers relocation assistance, a 13th-month salary, bonus payments, and flexible working arrangements.
