Description
Mortenson is hiring an Experienced Field Engineer for its Structured Cabling Group to support the full lifecycle of construction coordination, including pre-construction, submittals, RFIs, design review, mobilization, quality assurance and control, inventory, subcontractor and supplier coordination, inspections, closeout, and documentation. The role requires 100% rotational travel across U.S. projects, with an estimated schedule of 3–4 weeks on a project site and about one week at home. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and substantial technical or field experience is required, along with a current driver’s license and the ability to travel. The base compensation range is $78,800–$98,500, with location-based increases, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
