Huliya & Alison is hiring a road construction foreman to work independently on earthworks and road construction sites. The role involves leading and distributing tasks, solving practical problems, working alongside the team, submitting orders, tracking materials, and reporting colleagues’ working hours. The foreman must have people-management experience, extensive practical knowledge, administrative capability, a VCA certificate, and the ability to read plans; the work is physically demanding and involves excavation, curbing, backfilling, and other earthworks.
