Description

Boeing AvionX is hiring an Experienced Frontend Software Engineer for its Poland team in Gdańsk. The role involves designing, implementing, testing, and delivering responsive JavaScript/TypeScript applications; collaborating with product, UX, backend, and QA teams; using Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern frontend frameworks; and mentoring engineers. The position is hybrid, requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of frontend development experience, and applications are accepted until October 31, 2026. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of professional frontend development experience
Experience with two or more JavaScript frameworks or libraries
Experience with a component library such as Material UI
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Solid experience with Git and code review workflows
Experience writing unit and integration tests for frontend code
Strong proficiency with TypeScript
Experience with Next.js, React, Vue, or Svelte
Experience with containerized development and local environments using Docker
Knowledge of modern build tools, bundlers, and performance optimization
Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and frontend observability
Understanding of web application security best practices
Experience mentoring peers and leading technical design discussions
