Description
WM is hiring an Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to work at its waste disposal and recycling facilities, primarily in St Petersburg. The role operates bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders; performs equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; moves raw materials and finished components; and follows safety and operating procedures. Applicants need at least three years of heavy equipment experience, must be over 18 and eligible to work in the United States, and must pass a drug screen and physical. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and every other Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a starting salary of $22 to $27 per hour and benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, prescription coverage, a stock purchase plan, education assistance, a company-matched 401(k), and adoption assistance.
