WM is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator II for its waste disposal and recycling facilities in Morrisville, Pennsylvania. The role operates bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders; performs equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; moves raw materials and finished components; and follows safety and operating procedures. The position requires three years of heavy equipment operating experience, is scheduled Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, and pays $23.00–$27.00 per hour.
