GlobalFoundries is hiring an Experienced Industrial Engineer in Malta, New York to plan and execute semiconductor fab capacity and capital spending, support manufacturing operations and advanced module engineering, and optimize factory output, cycle time, and spending. The role involves capacity modeling, wafer-route building, capacity forecasts, tooling recommendations, advanced analytics, process standardization, and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in industrial, systems, manufacturing, or a related engineering field, plus three years of post-baccalaureate experience covering semiconductor manufacturing, high-volume production, route building, factory physics, capacity planning, JMP and Power BI, Oracle or SAP systems, and VBA automation. Telecommuting is permitted for less than 50% of the week within the assigned office location, and the salary range is $101,421-$120,000 per year.
