The role covers developing client and prospect pipelines, understanding business and IT challenges, proposing value-added offers, recruiting and supporting consultants, anticipating client needs, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Candidates need at least five years of experience in an IT services company or IT consulting firm, a Bac+5 qualification, strong business and teamwork skills, adaptability to change, and fluent English.
