Doctrine is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to improve its legal AI for the Spanish market. The role develops and maintains NLP models and pipelines for Spanish legal documents, builds conversational agents, monitors production systems, and collaborates with engineers, product managers, and designers. The position is based in Paris and offers a flexible remote-work policy of up to three remote days per week. Candidates should have machine learning, Python, natural language search, and English-Spanish proficiency; prior legal-field experience is not required.
