Description
SAIL is hiring a senior multifamily maintenance technician to serve as the technical anchor for an assigned property. The role leads advanced troubleshooting and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, security access, and building control systems; performs repairs and unit-turn work; oversees vendors; mentors junior technicians; and responds to scheduled on-call emergencies. It is full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation, and pays $30 to $36 per hour plus an annual performance bonus. The position requires at least five years of hands-on multifamily or commercial maintenance experience, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical expertise, EPA Section 608 certification, and a valid driver's license.
