Description
The Experienced Manager, Outsourced Finance & Accounting manages the full lifecycle of outsourced finance and accounting engagements, including proposal development, staff assignment and oversight, work-product review, financial performance, client relationship management, billing, and issue resolution. The role provides technical accounting and financial analysis, advises clients on accounting policies and financial management, supports technology and tax-related matters, develops business opportunities, and supervises Senior Associates and Associates. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field, at least seven years of general accounting experience, and the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
