Halter is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to develop robust electro-mechanical hardware for devices fitted to animals, from concept and design through laboratory testing, production, and manufacturing optimization. The role involves 3D CAD and 2D drafting, injection-molding and overmolding, design for manufacture and assembly, verification and validation, supplier collaboration, and occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field is highly desired, along with at least three years of professional experience in robust hardware; the position is office-first with flexible work arrangements.
