Description
Assystem is hiring a Mechanical Calculations Engineer primarily based in Venelles to support the mechanical engineering office and the Mechanical Department. The role involves establishing analysis methodologies, validating design assumptions, creating and populating finite-element models, performing static and dynamic mechanical calculations, analyzing results, preparing calculation notes, and contributing to technical proposals, design, verification, standards interpretation, and calculation-office tools. The position requires an engineering degree with a mechanical focus, at least five years of experience in complex mechanical systems or large structures, structural-calculation experience, proficiency in calculation software such as Ansys, and a good level of English.
