Experienced Patient Access Representative III - Financial Counselor at Conifer Health Solutions

Conifer Health is hiring a Patient Access Operations Specialist at Good Samaritan Medical Center to support patient registration, pre-admission and admission, reception, discharge, scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, collections, cash reconciliation, and admission-discharge-transfer analysis. The role leads shift Patient Access Operations, collaborates with department leaders on process and operational excellence, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area, and at least three years of Patient Access experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with availability as needed.
