Carvana is hiring an Experienced PDR Technician to perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using glue-pulling, hail repair, crease and body-line repair, and larger-dent repair. The role requires at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience, physical ability to operate equipment and lift up to 60 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The position pays $31-$41 per hour, includes company-paid healthcare premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) match, vehicle purchase discount, tool reimbursement, and tuition assistance, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
