Gränges is hiring a Process Operator for its Finspång production operation. The role involves monitoring and optimizing production equipment, performing quality checks, handling materials with a forklift, documenting production data, following safety and work procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of process-industry experience, a Category B driver's license, B1 forklift and overhead crane licenses, good IT skills, shift-work experience, and fluent Swedish and English. Knowledge of Lean, industrial or technical education, experience in the paper or metal industry, and improvement-work experience are preferred.
