The role manages the full lifecycle of sanitary and HVAC installation projects, from quotations and cost estimates through material selection, project execution, quality monitoring, and weekly progress meetings. It also coordinates employees and subcontractors, collaborates with the quotations department, and carries significant financial responsibility. The position requires a master's degree in electromechanics, climate control, or equivalent experience, at least two years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electricity, and strong negotiation and leadership skills.
