Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Project Manager / Site Construction Manager to lead turn-key and complex large-scale projects, especially school buildings. The role manages large project teams, coordinates with MEP project managers, planning management, clients, and other stakeholders, clarifies technical details, manages subcontractor services, and reports monthly project results to executive management. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree or equivalent technician/master training with relevant further education, multi-year experience in project management, site construction management, or first-site management for turn-key projects, knowledge of schedule planning, cost control, VOB, and contract management, and German proficiency suitable for negotiation.
