Description

Shrikon is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to perform web, mobile, API, UI, regression, and accessibility testing across web applications, Android and iOS devices, and various platforms. The role requires Selenium WebDriver and Grid, Java 8 automation, Agile methodology, Git or Bitbucket, Jira, basic SQL, and API testing frameworks; banking or financial knowledge is an advantage. The position requires a bachelor's degree, US citizenship or a green card/GC EAD, and does not offer visa sponsorship.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience handling web applications
Experience automating CSS, HTML, and Angular JS 2.0 applications with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid
Experience testing SOAP and REST APIs with XML, WSDL, JSON, text, and CSV using JMeter, Postman, Advanced REST Client, and Chrome Network XHR
Experience testing web, native, and hybrid applications on Android and iOS devices using Appium
Experience with Java 8 automation, manual and regression testing, UI testing, and API testing
Experience working in Agile methodology
Experience with GitHub and Bitbucket code repositories
Knowledge of Jira test management
Ability to write basic SQL queries for data extraction and verification
Exposure to API testing using Karate or Cucumber frameworks
Experience automating web services with JSON and XML using Spring, Jersey Client, Jackson, and JAXB
Preferred Qualifications: Experience testing accessibility with NVDA or JAWS
Knowledge of the Axe accessibility tool
Exposure to Splunk and Dynatrace
Banking or financial knowledge
