Lakeside ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) in Perryville, Maryland. The role provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental challenges, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, collecting behavioral data, maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, educating families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The position is part-time, pays $25–$30 per hour depending on experience, and requires travel to client homes, including at least 30 minutes of travel and occasional weekend availability.
