Description
The Registered Nurse provides safe, holistic therapeutic care to patients and families across the continuum, including psychosocial and physiologic assessments, care planning, patient and family education, discharge planning, advocacy, documentation, and collaboration with the healthcare team. The role also contributes to quality improvement, evidence-based practice, unit initiatives, and mentorship. Requirements include two years of clinical nursing experience, graduation from an accredited nursing school, current Louisiana State RN licensure, BLS certification, and proficiency in English, communication, and computer skills.
