West Shore Home is hiring a Residential Remodeler in Kansas City, Missouri, to install replacement windows and exterior doors, remove existing openings, replace trim, clean customer homes, collect paperwork and payment, and return materials to the warehouse. The role follows company SOPs and PPE protocols, requires carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction experience, basic hand- and power-tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone or smart device. The schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 AM, with compensation of approximately $20-$25 per hour and benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, HSA matching, paid holidays, paid time off, and professional development.
