The role oversees on-site execution, coordinates and leads all trades, makes execution decisions, manages subcontractor tendering and settlement, supports client handover and the defects period, and mentors specialty construction site managers. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree or technician/master training, several years of construction-management experience for turnkey projects, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of tendering and scheduling software.
