Description
Beacon EmbeddedWorks is hiring a full-time SMT Machine Operator/Solderer for its manufacturing team. The role combines SMT machine operation, component loading, feeder setup, AOI and reflow inspection, hand soldering, assembly, testing, quality inspection, and basic preventive maintenance. It is scheduled Monday through Thursday for 10-hour shifts, with alternative Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts, and pays $23-$25 per hour based on experience. The position requires 1-5 years of machine operator or soldering experience, IPC-A-610 certification within 90 days, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
