Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks, writing robust functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. Candidates need 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2+ or higher. The engagement is not permanent employment and pays per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
