The role involves delivering client-focused software, mentoring engineers, guiding teams toward effective solutions, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining project momentum. Applicants need at least two years of full-time professional software development experience, broad technical knowledge, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work from SEP’s Westfield, Indiana office without relocation assistance.
