Description
The Team Leader, Mechanical (Propulsion) leads a team of technicians while actively maintaining and repairing diesel engines and advanced marine propulsion systems in both the workshop and aboard ships. Responsibilities include coordinating work, setting priorities, coaching technicians, organizing toolbox meetings, ensuring LMRA safety compliance, reporting progress, managing materials and machinery, and supporting production planning. The role requires technical education in mechanical engineering or diesel technology, at least three years of experience with diesel engines and propulsion systems, team leadership experience, strong Dutch communication skills, digital proficiency, and a safety-conscious approach.
