West Shore Home is hiring a Lead Window & Door Installer in Boston, Massachusetts, to lead residential window and door installation projects from start to finish. The role includes removing existing units, preparing openings, installing replacement windows and doors, completing carpentry and finishing work, solving jobsite challenges, communicating with customers, and closing out projects. The position offers $35–$40 per hour, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, overtime and double-time pay, full benefits, paid training, and a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. Applicants need prior window, door, carpentry, remodeling, construction, or residential installation experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone or smart device.
