Description
The Experiential Learning Facilitator supports the implementation of experiential learning programs across Missouri Botanical Garden sites, including internships, fellowships, field experiences, career summits, workshops, and student events. The role mentors teen and young adult participants, coaches staff on facilitation and youth development, coordinates cross-site programming, maintains participant records, and builds relationships with schools, community organizations, and employers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience working with high school-aged youth or young adults, experience mentoring teens in hands-on learning environments, and the ability to travel between sites and work evenings, weekends, and occasionally overnight.
