Description
Kith is hiring a full-time, fully on-site Experiential Production Coordinator at its headquarters in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The role supports retail installations, pop-ups, brand activations, and other experiential projects from planning through installation, strike, and recap. Responsibilities include coordinating vendors and crews, freight and other production logistics, site surveys, interpreting floor plans and shop drawings, vendor sourcing and onboarding, budgets and invoices, project schedules and trackers, and post-project documentation. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on production experience in physical installations or experiential builds, along with knowledge of fabrication, logistics, budgeting, vendor documentation, and on-site execution; Bluebeam and Figma are preferred.
