Description
Flagship Pioneering is hiring a part-time Experimental Systems Intern in Cambridge, Massachusetts, for 3–6 months with approximately 25–30 hours per week and multiple in-person laboratory days. The intern will help characterize a small-molecule sensing platform by designing experiments, building and qualifying fixtures, preparing analyte studies, recording experimental conditions, reviewing quality-control outputs, and contributing to automation and higher-throughput workflows. The role requires a relevant undergraduate or master's student, hands-on laboratory experience, experimental controls, fixture-building ability, and strong attention to detail; preferred qualifications include small-molecule sensing, data-analysis tools, laboratory automation, and reproducible-data practices. The pay range is $25–$40 per hour, and the role is not eligible for health and welfare benefits.
