Ciklum is hiring an Expert AI Engineer for a full-time role in Poland. The position leads the architecture, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of advanced AI and machine-learning systems, including LLM, generative AI, RAG, multimodal, agentic, and production-grade solutions. It combines hands-on engineering with technical authority in client engagements, presales support, mentoring, recruitment, and delivery leadership. The role requires 8+ years of professional software, data, or AI engineering experience, strong Python and AI/ML framework skills, cloud-native AI platform experience, MLOps/LLMOps expertise, enterprise integration, security and data governance knowledge, and a relevant quantitative degree.
