Description

BIP AI LAB is hiring an Expert AI Engineer in Bari on a hybrid basis to define and guide enterprise AI, MLOps, and GenAI architecture and platforms. The role covers multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud MLOps and LLMOps ecosystems, model lifecycle standards, governance, responsible AI, explainability, regulatory compliance, client-facing architecture, and cross-functional technical leadership. Candidates need more than six years of experience in ML engineering, MLOps, AI architecture, or cloud software architecture, with proven enterprise-scale AI platform delivery and expertise in cloud-native technologies, Python, data security, and AI governance. The position offers a gross annual salary of €45,000 to €65,000, health insurance, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: More than 6 years of experience in ML Engineering, MLOps, AI Architecture, or Cloud Software Architecture, with a focus on AI industrialization
Experience designing and delivering enterprise ML/AI platforms at industrial scale in mission-critical environments
Experience managing data security, IAM, AI workload isolation, Zero Trust, and AI governance
Preferred Qualifications: Experience optimizing and deploying LLMs on dedicated hardware or accelerators, including NVIDIA GPUs, Triton Inference Server, quantization, and distributed fine-tuning
Expert or professional-level certifications across multiple cloud providers and ML architectures
