Description
Perle is hiring expert Belarusian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for speech recognition, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Belarusian fluency, strong Cyrillic reading and writing, dialectal and code-switching judgment, and at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience. Transcribers will work with audio from formal and conversational registers, including trasyanka, and will self-review submissions, flag ambiguous segments, and collaborate with QA reviewers. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling.
