Description
Perle is hiring expert Bosnian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for speech recognition, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Bosnian fluency, mastery of Bosnian Latin orthography and Cyrillic where applicable, the ability to distinguish Bosnian from Croatian and Serbian, familiarity with Turkish and Arabic loanwords, and at least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience. Transcribers will handle speaker identification, overlapping speech, disfluencies, non-speech events, dialectal and code-switched speech, ambiguous segments, and self-review before delivery, with flexible scheduling and per-task or per-minute compensation.
