Perle is hiring expert Cebuano transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI speech recognition, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Cebuano fluency, mastery of current orthography, comfort with Cebuano-English and Cebuano-Tagalog code-switching, and at least two years of professional transcription, captioning, court reporting, broadcast, translation, or linguistic annotation experience. Transcribers will handle speaker attribution, disfluencies, non-speech events, dialectal variation, and ambiguous segments, self-review submissions, and collaborate with QA reviewers. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling based on active projects.
