The role requires native Hindi fluency, Devanagari reading and writing, regional accent knowledge, Hinglish code-switching ability, at least two years of professional transcription or related experience, and the ability to self-review and engage with QA reviewers. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling based on active projects.
