Perle is hiring expert Icelandic transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI speech, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Icelandic fluency, mastery of Icelandic orthography and inflectional morphology, at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience, and the ability to handle formal and colloquial registers, speaker attribution, disfluencies, and non-speech events. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and volume scaling based on active projects.
