Perle is hiring expert Kazakh transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for AI speech, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The work requires expert linguistic judgment, including speaker attribution, code-switching, dialectal orthography, disfluencies, and non-speech events, with primary speaker regions across Kazakhstan. Applicants must be native Kazakh speakers with lifelong residence or deep immersion in Kazakhstan, have at least two years of professional transcription or related experience, and be comfortable with web-based annotation platforms and variable-speed audio. The role offers a paid pilot task, per-task or per-minute compensation, flexible scheduling, and the possibility of additional related projects.
