Perle is hiring expert Latvian transcribers to convert audio recordings of native speakers into accurate, time-aligned written transcripts for speech recognition, dialogue, and evaluation systems. The role requires native Latvian fluency, mastery of Latvian orthography and dialectal variation, at least two years of professional transcription or related linguistic experience, and the ability to handle speaker attribution, disfluencies, code-switching, and audio-quality issues. Compensation is paid per task or per minute, with flexible scheduling and a paid pilot task before full onboarding.
